Competitive Position

Second major competitive program in Metro Jackson after mississippi-rush-united. Distinctive faith-based mission: “develop players from the inside out through spiritual and soccer development.”

Investment Thesis

Faith-based mission creates acquisition complexity — platformization under a secular PE structure may conflict with mission. Possible partnership/licensing structure, but unlikely to be a clean acquisition. Tertiary priority.

Open Questions

  • Revenue and asset base
  • Is the Junior program operationally separate from the USL League Two team?
  • Compatibility of mission with SYNRGY platform structure
