Soccer Association of Columbia (SAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1971, based in Ellicott City, MD (Howard County). SAC is Howard County’s largest youth soccer program with 6,000+ registered players. Mission: provide boys and girls ages 3-19 with instructional and competitive soccer opportunities.
