SYNRGY Relevance

Acquisition target. Beadling is the largest nonprofit youth soccer club in Western PA by revenue. Key considerations:

  1. 370K-590K profitability
  2. Girls Academy pathway fills gap left by Riverhounds’ ECNL focus
  3. Historic 126-year brand carries community weight
  4. SCS United merger shows willingness to consolidate — may be open to further strategic partnership
  5. Could pair with Riverhounds for full ECNL + GA coverage in Western PA

Open Questions

  • What does post-merger leadership and governance look like?
  • Is the FY2022 $4.5M peak sustainable or was it anomalous?
  • How many total players/teams post-SCS merger?
  • What are facility lease arrangements across the many sites?
  • Any interest from Riverhounds SC in acquiring or partnering with Beadling?
