Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals

Overview

Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals is a historic soccer club founded in 1950 by Ukrainian immigrants in Philadelphia. Originally the Philadelphia Ukrainians, renamed after acquiring the ASL’s Philadelphia Nationals in 1959. Won six American Soccer League championships and four U.S. Open Cups in the 1960s. Now operates as a youth club based in Horsham, PA.

~40 teams. Ages 5-18. Coed. Executive Director: Steve Krysko.

Historic brand with Girls Academy membership. Small club but GA access in the Philadelphia market has value. The Tryzub facility is a owned cultural/sports center, which could be a facility asset.
