Founded 2022, based in Williamsburg, Virginia. Formed through an alliance between Virginia Legacy Soccer Club and Tidewater Sharks. Serves Williamsburg, Peninsula, and surrounding communities.

Competes in ECNL-RL (boys and girls), NPL, Virginia US Club State Cup.
