Overview

VSA Rush was created in 2022 as a partnership between Vision Soccer Academy (VSA) and iowa-rush. The entity provides Iowa’s access to national-level league play through the Rush Soccer network.

Competitive Position

VSA Rush is the vehicle through which Iowa Rush players access national-level competition. It competes with sporting-iowa (ECNL) for elite players in central Iowa.

Investment Thesis

Understanding VSA Rush’s legal structure is critical to evaluating an iowa-rush acquisition. If VSA Rush is a separate entity, the GA + ECNL Boys franchises may or may not transfer with Iowa Rush.
