Timbers-Thorns North FC

Overview

Timbers-Thorns North FC is a youth soccer club in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and a member of the Portland Timbers Alliance. Formed in May 2018 from the merger of Sting Soccer Club (founded 1985) and Inferno, the combined club has 34 teams and approximately 680 youth players (U5-U19).

Investment Thesis

Small market. Timbers Alliance affiliate. Not a primary target. Notable as an example of MLS affiliate expansion strategy into small markets.
