Elite ECNL Boys Director (also referenced as Elite Technical Director), Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club. Oversees the Elite Boys ECNL program across the Rapids Youth organization.

Background

Originally from Northern Ireland, Agnew began his playing career with Ballymena United FC in the NIFL professional development phase before moving to the United States to play at Ashford University (nationally ranked NCAA program in Iowa). He holds an MBA from Ashford University (2018–2020) and coaching credentials through both UEFA and USSF. Has held multiple roles across eight years with Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer, spanning four regions and the MLS Academy. Selected for the United Soccer Coaches 30-Under-30 program (2023–24 class).
