Newport Mesa Cup

Overview

The Newport Mesa Cup is a youth soccer tournament hosted by Slammers FC Newport Mesa at Jack Hammett Sports Complex in Costa Mesa, California. The tournament is open to Boys and Girls U6–U19 teams affiliated with USSF. The 2026 edition was originally scheduled for May 23–26; the organizers reported a cancellation for the 2026 cycle due to circumstances beyond their control, with indications the event will resume in 2027. The tournament typically draws teams from across Southern California.
