Sacramento Republic FC Academy

Overview

Sacramento Republic FC Academy is the youth development arm of Sacramento Republic FC (USL Championship), operating within mls-next. It is the only youth-to-pro pipeline in the Sacramento region. Since inception in 2015, 40+ players have earned USL Academy contracts and 25+ have signed professional contracts. In 2025, academy players combined for 80 game-day roster selections, 56 appearances, and 3,000+ minutes with the first team.
