Teams & Players

Club teams ages 7-19 with multiple competitive levels per birth year. Girls academy programming covers ages 8-19 (IWSL through Pre-ECNL and DPL). Boys academy programming spans ages 8-19 (YSSL through ECNL-RL, EA, and IYSA National League).

Competitive Position

Chicago City SC is uniquely positioned as the primary competitive club within Chicago proper (as opposed to the suburbs). Most elite clubs in the Illinois market are based in suburban locations (Glenview, Homer Glen, Arlington Heights, etc.), leaving the city itself underserved at the competitive level. Chicago City’s multi-hub model addresses this gap.

SYNRGY Relevance

Interesting model as a city-based club serving urban families in a market dominated by suburban clubs. The multi-hub approach could be a template for expansion. However, Chicago proper demographics (lower median HHI than suburbs, different family profiles) may limit revenue per player compared to suburban clubs.
