Industry Context
Maryland SoccerPlex functions as the gravitational center of youth soccer in the DMV region. Clubs operating at meaningful scale in Maryland depend on SoccerPlex access for tournaments and elite-level competition. The MSF’s nonprofit structure, combined with a lease running through 2039 and net assets exceeding $13M, makes it one of the more financially stable facility operators in the mid-Atlantic. The relationship between MSF and tenant clubs shapes competitive and logistical dynamics across the Maryland youth soccer market.
