Craig Dalrymple

Head of Professional Player Development, Seattle Sounders FC. Oversees the development pathway from academy through Tacoma Defiance to the MLS first team.

Background

Dalrymple has 25+ years of player development experience across MLS academies. He served as Vancouver Whitecaps FC Academy Technical Director starting in 2010, including a stint as Interim MLS Head Coach in 2018, before joining Inter Miami CF as Academy Director (2021–2023) where he oversaw 150+ players from U-12 to U-19. During his tenures at Vancouver and Miami, 25 Homegrown Players reached the MLS level. Hired by Seattle Sounders in April 2024. Holds UEFA Pro, UEFA A, USSF A, and CSA A coaching licenses.
